Session: Dynamic Coalition Community Networks: When The Unconnected Build Connectivity (DC3)
Community Networks are networks structured to be open, unrestricted, and to respect net neutrality.  They rely on the active participation of local communities in the design, development, deployment, and management of shared infrastructure as a common resource. They are managed democratically by group of individuals and entities such as NGOs, local businesses, and/or public administrations.

Session: Dynamic Coalition Public Access in Libraries (DC-PAL): a Policy Toolkit for Public Access
Discussion focused on the mix of policies needed to realise the potential of public access to the internet though libraries as a driver of wider and more meaningful connectivity. Drawing on experts from the fields of regulation, finance and infrastructure, the session will aim to improve the draft policy toolkit on public access developed by the Dynamic Coalition on Public Access in Libraries.
